ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shilpa Rathi- State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
- You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with customer retention strategies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
